The homeowners of this property reached out to us with a brief to build them a new home that would integrate all the luxuries of modern family living encased in the charm of a period style façade. They also wanted their new home to blend seamlessly with the existing streetscape.

Their brief also included the desire to create an open plan kitchen/dining and living area that would be filled with an abundance of natural light, as well as a separate parents retreat including an ensuite and walk in robe downstairs, with a separate children’s area upstairs.

We excitedly took on the task of designing the build according to the client's brief. With our team’s love for design and thoughtful architecture, the design outcome was nothing short of exceptional. It not only delighted the clients but filled us with a great sense of anticipation at the prospect of building the project.

Our client’s were ‘over the moon’ with their new home when it was completed.
